We are Bob and Gayle Radcliff, Winton-Global Representatives.  We have built our own Winton-Global home, and were so impressed with the quality and performance of the company; we decided to join the U.S. Agent network. 

We would like to show you how our home was built and constructed.  In order to show you the “process”, we put together a slide show of our home going up in the various stages.  We started with bare land, which had nothing on it but a well.  From that, we did our own underground contracting, had a separate garage built, and arranged for the home to be delivered to our site at Sandy, Oregon.

The home building process is really very rewarding.  We had a chance to customize our design to fit exactly what we wanted.  The engineering changes were done at the Winton-Global offices in Prince George, British Columbia, and it gave us the opportunity to work with some first rate engineers and designers to create our dream home. 

The homes are made from excellent quality lumber, grown by the company in B.C., Canada.  The wood was milled, kiln-dryed and wax coated, and pre-constructed at their site.  With this method, waste material was almost non-existent, and labor was minimized by shorter tilt-up construction techniques, which saved us money.

We pride ourselves on excellent communication with our customers.  We will be with you during the delivery of your home, and assure that all components are complete and undamaged.  We  will assist you in concept, design, through delivery and completion of your dream home. The assembly, packaging, trucking and shipping are all done by Winton-Global people that have a real interest in your home, so extra care is taken to assure your satisfaction.  The adventure of designing and building your home is exciting, and Winton Global can make the raising of your dream home fast, efficient, and cost effective.
